Client Challenge

A new DTC party brand needed to launch on Shopify and Amazon with 12 SKUs across three categories (balloon garland kits, decoration sets, gift bags). The brand had completed visual identity but no physical product designs. Required FBA-ready packaging and Amazon-compliant carton configuration.

Created custom packaging with brand identity, barcodes, and FNSKU labels. Configured cartons under Amazon 25-inch/50-lb limits. Air-freighted initial inventory for launch; sea freight pipeline established for replenishment.

Results

Brand launched on schedule with all 12 SKUs in stock. FBA shipment accepted without inbound rejections. First-month sales validated top 5 SKUs for replenishment ordering. Replenishment pipeline shifted to sea freight for improved unit economics.
