Printed Party Supplies FAQ

Which printing method is best for my design?

It depends on your product, artwork complexity, color count, and quantity. Send your artwork and specs — we'll recommend the best method during quotation. Generally: screen print for balloons and simple logos, flexo for paper products, offset for full-color premium designs.

Can you match our brand's Pantone colors across different products?

Yes. We use the same Pantone references across all products and printing methods. Physical swatch approval before bulk production ensures color consistency across your entire program.

What's the cheapest printing method?

Flexographic printing has the lowest per-unit cost at high volumes for paper products. Screen printing is cheapest for latex balloons. But 'cheapest' isn't always 'best' — the right method balances cost, quality, and your design requirements.

Can I print different designs in one order?

Yes. Multi-design orders are standard. Each design has its own print setup (plate, screen, or die), which affects cost. Bundling multiple designs in one PO can reduce effective per-design MOQ.

Do you provide food-safe printing for cups and plates?

Yes. Food-safe inks are available for all food-contact products. Specify food-contact requirements in your RFQ and we'll confirm ink compliance for your target market.

What file format should I send for printing?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) with fonts converted to outlines are preferred for all methods. For full-color offset or digital, 300 dpi raster files (PNG, TIFF) are acceptable. Include Pantone references for spot colors.
