Production questions

Manufacturing FAQ

What is your monthly production capacity?

Capacity varies by product category and season. Share your volume and timeline and we'll confirm whether it fits the current schedule.

Can you handle repeat orders consistently?

Yes. We record approved sample specs, materials, and packing details so repeat orders match the original production.

Do you produce in-house or outsource?

Core printing, forming, assembly, and packing are handled in-house. Some specialty items (e.g. foil balloons) use vetted partners under our QC.

Can you provide production progress updates?

Yes. We provide order status updates and can share in-process and packing photos on request for larger orders.

How do you coordinate shipping?

We prepare export cartons, marks, and documents and coordinate with your nominated forwarder or arrange shipping under agreed terms.
