How to Prepare Your Files

Following these basics speeds up sampling and avoids print delays.

File formats

Vector preferred: AI, EPS, or print-ready PDF. High-resolution PNG/TIFF (300 dpi) accepted for full-color work.

Color mode

CMYK for full-color printing; provide Pantone (PMS) codes for spot color and brand color accuracy.

Bleed & safe area

Include 3mm bleed and keep critical text/logos within the safe margin to avoid trimming issues.

Fonts & layers

Convert fonts to outlines and provide layered files where possible for production adjustments.

Customization questions

Customization FAQ

Can you match a specific Pantone color?

Yes. Provide the PMS reference and we match it during sampling. Note some materials (e.g. kraft paper, latex) affect final appearance.

Can you develop a product from just a concept?

Yes. Through ODM we help turn a concept, mood board, or competitor reference into a production-ready design and sample.

Do you charge for artwork preparation?

Minor adjustments are typically included. Full design development from scratch may carry a fee, credited toward bulk orders.

How many sample revisions are included?

Usually one to two rounds of sampling are standard. Additional rounds may extend lead time and incur sample fees.

Can you produce a coordinated collection across products?

Yes. We align artwork and colors across balloons, tableware, decorations, and bags for a consistent retail collection.
