Design development costs are quoted per project scope and credited against the bulk production order. This ensures both parties are committed — you get dedicated design resources, and the development cost is recovered when production proceeds.
Typically 1–2 rounds of sampling and revision are included. Additional rounds may extend the timeline and incur additional sample fees. Clear feedback after each round minimizes revision cycles.
After the bulk production order is placed, the developed designs belong to the commissioning buyer. Before bulk order commitment, designs remain the factory's intellectual property.
